Student Technology Support

The Campus Technology Center student support team provides technology support to students at the RRHEC and is made up of RRHEC staff members and Lab Techs.

Lab Techs are student workers employed by the RRHEC-CTC to provide technical assistance to students in the open labs, computer lounges and the Campus Technology Center office. Lab Techs receive training from the CTC staff and have an understanding of the equipment and standard software found in the open labs and computer lounges.

 

The student support team provides support for the hardware and software in the computerized areas, open labs, computer lounges and CTC office. Wireless access support is also available in the CTC office, room 304.
